Our story
Twelve years on a single rooftop.
Our showroom sits at 5013 Detroit Rd, parallel to Interstate 90 between the OH-254 and OH-83 exits. Most of our customers come from Lorain County and the western Cleveland suburbs along I-90 and US-20.
We're one of two Nissan rooftops in the Big Nissan family. Our sister store, Nissan of North Olmsted, opened in June 2007 — seven years before this one. The two stores run independently: separate staffs, separate service departments, separate Google review profiles.
Since opening in 2014, I-90 Nissan has earned the Nissan Sales & Service Award of Excellence 6 times. Across both rooftops, the Big Nissan group has won it twenty-one times. The award goes to dealers in the top tier of Nissan's customer satisfaction scoring.

ASE Master designation means holding all eight ASE automobile service certifications at the same time: engine repair, automatic transmission, manual drivetrain and axles, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical and electronic systems, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance. Each certification is re-tested every five years.
Across the Big Nissan group (I-90 Nissan plus our sister store, Nissan of North Olmsted), we staff multiple ASE Master diagnostic technicians. Most independent shops have one or two ASE-certified techs covering a handful of categories. A Master holds all eight at once.
When your Rogue, Altima, Sentra, or Murano throws a CVT software update notice, the technician working the bay has been re-tested on Nissan's current driveline.

Drive in during service hours and we pull your vehicle into the indoor service drive — a 3,000 sq ft heated bay, so the work happens out of Cleveland weather instead of in it.
Lake-effect snow stops outdoor drives. Ours stays open.
Heated, year-round, no appointment. The labor rate, OEM parts, and multi-point inspection are the same as a scheduled visit.

We're open for vehicle sales every Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. As of April 2026, we and our sister store Nissan of North Olmsted (Noon–5 PM) are the only two Nissan dealerships in the Cleveland metro with Sunday sales hours. The four nearest non-family competitors — Ken Ganley Mayfield Heights, Ken Ganley Medina, Bedford Nissan, and Ron Marhofer Nissan — are all closed Sunday.
