The wait was too long for express service, which I was told would be an hour. The actual cost for the light bulb replacement was 2 1/2 times the estimate.

I'm in Connecticut and bought a used Pacifica from these guys sight unseen. Transaction was smooth. Eli and Daniel were both easy to deal with — not pushy, answered what I needed to know, and didn't waste my time. Car shipped fast and the title came in exactly when they said it would. I got a decent car but the price could have been better. The salesman, Xavier was great. He answered all my questions. The finance dept was great to work with, too. The sales manager was a hassle. I wanted them to come down a very reasonable amount and he was being a hard case. He almost cost the salesman his sale. I90 Nissan is an "Okay" place to look for a car, but the "Deals aren't so good", as long as the sales managers are difficult.

I bought a 2025 Santa Cruz from I-90 Nissan and want to give Brian Lilly some well-earned credit. I drove about 200 miles for this car so I came in pretty committed — usually a situation that invites trouble. But Brian didn’t go there. No pressure, no constant upsell attempts, no “since you’re already here” traps. He just let the deal be unfold in a straightforward way. Honestly made the whole process way less stressful than buying a car usually is. If you’re heading to I-90 Nissan I recommend asking for Brian.

Treated very well, and the techs were prompt with the service of the 5000-mile oil change that I had prepaid when I leased the vehicle. I was surprised and disappointed that the prepayment did not include a tire rotation which would have cost $24. I don't believe I will prepay in the future.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure sales (very refreshing). Very helpful, good informative information about the cars and a willingness to negotiate a fair deal. I highly recommend the sales associates who worked with me, Brian and Mark.
These guys were top notch, nice across the board. Got me out of a lease I had during the car shortage that was expensive, got me in a bigger car for my growing family, loaded with some bells and whistles for 0 down while saving me over 60 dollars a month! I used the Express Service for an oil change. Drove in at 8:30AM was told it'd take 1 hour. Had some complimentary espresso and was dome in about 25 minutes. Very much appreciate the efficiency.
