Had a great experience buying a car at I90 Nissan. My husband and I had been looking for a car for a couple of months. As soon as we walked into I90 Nissan, we knew we would be buying a car. We had a great experience with Brian. Did not feel any pressure to purchase, and he made the buying process very easy. We ended up purchasing a used Lexus, but I wouldn’t hesitate buying a Nissan from them.

Had a great experience at I90 Nissan thanks to Brian. We were interested in a truck but lived about 4 hours away. Brian worked with us and sent detailed videos of the inside and outside of the truck. Brian checked in during our drive and had the truck ready and waiting for our arrival. Thanks to Brian and his level of detail and customer service we opted to do business here rather than a competitor.

I like to get an oil change at the dealership. It's not much more than a quick oil change place and they know Nissan. They look for potential problems. Quick service. Great waiting area. Friendly staff for the most part. The service people were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was also friendly. The guys sitting behind the desk in the showroom area weren't that friendly. Made me feel as I was disturbing then when asking about a feature in new Nissan Rogues. However, they did send out a salesman who was more than helpful. I'm a fan ...

Probably the nicest environment dealership I've been to in years, needed lock lugs removed on my brother's 2011 Niss Juke ,, they removed them with no labor charge. Waiting room has wifi ,cappuccino ect...,very friendly. I would but a car from here just from the customer service aspect.

Are you kidding me???!!! Great dealership. Very clean and organized. Great people. Very helpful, kind and easy to work with. Mark is a great sales dude. I recommend him for sure. Service department seems great as well. They did a great job and also washed my Pro 4x when the service and tire rotation was complete. But,,, expensive, so you’d better have a coupon.

I just purchased a 2025 Murano. The person making the sale was Jamie Johnson. She was in sale training. She is going to be an asset to the team. She was professional, courteous and very focused on any questions we had. We test drove three cars, and she would answer any questions about whatever car we were test driving. More disappointed in the 2023 Nissan Rogue than in the service people here. So many things wrong with such a new vehicle. The people are nice and seem to care, but service could be better if they actually had loaner cars for you to use when the vehicle is in for service. When something goes wrong with such a new vehicle, I should not have to be the one bearing the expense of transportation for its downtime.
